Researchers at the University of Utah (USA) have found that even brief episodes of physical activity that exceed a certain level of intensity can have such a positive effect on the weight of a person in the same way that the current recommendation of 10 or more minutes, according to a new study published in the journal “American Journal of Health Promotion. “To prevent weight gain, the intensity of the activity is more important than the duration,” says Jessie X.
